Courier-Journal/Will Sales Building

4th and Liberty, SE corner. Opened in 1876 as the new home of the Courier-Journal (top photo). The paper moved in 1912. After that, it was known as the Will Sales Building. At some point it lost its decorative top floor, but I don't know when or why. Demolished 1979 to make way for the Brown and Williamson Tower.
